Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of Repot. They are a practical baseline; have them reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction and business model.
Agreement
By accessing or using Repot, you agree to these terms. If you are using Repot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
We provide Repot subject to change, improvement, or temporary unavailability. Features may be added or removed. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you must not:
- Violate applicable law or others' rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Overload, disrupt, or probe the service in ways that harm availability or security.
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
Your content and data
You retain rights to content you provide. You grant Repot the license reasonably needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
Confidentiality and privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Business-sensitive information you share with us should be identified as confidential when appropriate.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repot and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or a nominal amount where no fees apply, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or creates risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
